Row House Full Re-Build

We completed a comprehensive re-build of a row house located in the heart of Philadelphia, transforming it into a modern, stylish living space that combined contemporary design elements with high-quality finishes.

Interior Design Features:

1. Flooring:   - The entire house featured exquisite beechwood floors, providing a warm and inviting ambiance. The natural grain and smooth finish of the beechwood enhanced the aesthetic appeal of every room, offering durability and elegance.

2. Cabinetry: - Custom-built beechwood cabinets were installed throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. These cabinets not only offered ample storage space but also complemented the flooring, creating a cohesive and sophisticated look.

3. Railings: - Sleek, modern glass railings were used in the staircases and balcony areas. The transparency of the glass allowed for unobstructed views and a sense of openness, adding to the modern feel of the home.

4. Bathrooms:   - The bathrooms were designed with a clean, minimalist aesthetic, featuring white-on-white decor. The walls were adorned with 3 x 12 subway tiles, creating a timeless and elegant backdrop.

- Custom solid surface vanities were installed, providing a seamless and durable countertop solution. These vanities were both functional and visually appealing, enhancing the overall bathroom experience.
